What's the Difference between precast and casting in place Baluster Molds

When communicate with our customers about the baluster molds they are going to take, sometimes they don't know the differences between the precast and casting in place types.
Normally, the precast baluster molds means you can do the molds in advance and move the concrete balusters anywhere you want ,such as to your project site, or the market. Such as the baluster mold RZ002, RZ004,RZ006,RZ008 etc.
While the casting in place means you must assemble the molds in the very place where the ready baluster should be sit,such as the baluster mold RZ001, RZ003,RZ005,etc.
